If you come with me I can show you all
Everything you cant let go
If you hesitate we can take it slow
If you never try you’ll never know
Stay with me don’t hesitate
Stay with me
If you stay with me
Don’t hesitate
Stay with me
Come away with me lets hit the road
Let’s go away to your summer home
We can go out there even though it’s cold
In the mountains where we’re all alone
Early in the morning
When you cant fall asleep
What are you thinking?
Cause it was early
In the morning
I heard you calling me
What are you saying? Saying? Saying?
Stay with me don’t hesitate
If you stay with me, stay
If you shake your heart enough you’ll chill your bones
Tomorrow I will go home
Stay with me until it gets cold
Until it’s over and we both know
One of my favorite albums of all time. Turnover really hit a sound here that resonates with me deeply, and I often find myself coming back to this record and falling in love with it all over again. The drums and bass are greatly underrated on this album, creating their own unique melodies that fit within the song and create something new rather than just follow the guitars. Nothing beats the somehow joyful and somber sound of this record. Rob Carpenter
